complaint of the day

This is my complaint of the day:

Why can't a guy pick a place for a date? If it is a first date, it is not like we have allready gone there together! When I ask, "so, what should I wear, what did you have in mind?""- the answer shouldn't be "ughh... dunno, why don't we meet at this train stop and take it from there..."

can you tell I am not looking forward to tonights date...

wish me luck...

I totally am that guy! Well, I'm the same way, at least. We don't care about attire and don't give much thought to what we're going to do. I'm the same way. We guys do not think like you gals. Although maybe we should consult friends of our dates for suggestions, etc.

you wish you were that guy ;)

Anyway, I am not saying there has to be a horse drawn carriage waiting at my doorstep, tickets to avenue Q and a box of Godiva, though that is always a viable option...
Really it is just more flattering to us damsels in distress if a guy takes a minute of his time to look up which starbucks is closest to our subway stop. Though "suprise" dates are sometimes fun.

and if you are wondering, we went to top of the rock, very awesome view! the best part, since it was foggy and rainy(actually enjoyable in that spooky, creepy kind of way), when we got down(70 floors!) they offered us free tickets to come back when the weather is better!- this means though that there is automatically a second date, even though I wasn't sure if there's be one... rockefeller center staff= shadchans I guess...
